Vocalis and Post CTI partner to deliver voice driven business solutions to the channel

Vocalis, the UK’s leading provider of voice driven solutions, today announced the details of a partnership agreement it has signed with Post CTI, making the company the first UK distributor of Vocalis’ SpeechWare technology.

SpeechWare is Vocalis’ proprietary third generation advanced speech recognition core technology, which is fully supported with toolkits and an extensive library of languages. It can be integrated with a variety of best-of-breed business solutions to create end-to-end voice driven enterprise systems, allowing Post CTI to offer its existing and future customers an extended computer telephony portfolio that incorporates speech recognition.

“Post CTI is committed to broadening its product offering to include new and useful technologies,” commented Neil May a Director of Post CTI. “We are therefore delighted to be the first UK distributor for Vocalis SpeechWare, allowing us to offer best-of-breed speech recognition technology to our customer base.”

This partnership builds on Post CTI’s existing agreements with other industry specialist vendors including Envox and Dialogic who also work with Vocalis. Therefore using these complementary product lines for a complete solution means integration can be easier and more cost-effective.
