Vocalis is putting voice to work for voice-driven solutions

London 20 September 2001 Vocalis, the UKs leading provider of voice-driven solutions, will today set out how to put voice to work for competitive advantage by providing high-quality automated customer service to a range of vertical sectors. Vocalis has redefined its product portfolio, following comprehensive industry research, in order to deliver solutions that address the specific needs of the modern enterprise.

All Vocalis solutions are based on its core proprietary technology, Vocalis SpeechWare, and focus on providing customer service systems tailored to the individual needs of vertical sectors, such as financial services, telecommunications and call centres. This new strategy is augmented by partnering with leading providers of complementary software to deliver end-to-end, best-of-breed solutions.
