Vocalis Works With BT Syncordia Solutions To Deliver Innovative Call Centre Applications
Vocalis, the international speech technologies group, today announced that it is working with BT Syncordia Solutions, the business to business solutions arm of BT, to develop a pilot application for the call centre market.
The two companies have agreed to work together to deliver innovative solutions for the call centre market. Advanced Speech Recognition (ASR) technology from Vocalis and the integration expertise of BT Syncordia Solutions will combine to develop pioneering applications for the call centre industry. These solutions will result in major improvements in call centre efficiency and potential savings in operating costs. The two companies are already working with a number of potential customers on an initial project.
