Vocalis connects with 10 more ISP's to provide e-mail by phone

Following on from the success of the recent announcement of the Freeserve contract, ten more Internet Service Providers are offering their customers the Vocalis SpeechMail service. Vocalis, the international speech recognition technology, Group have signed agreements with another ten ISP's to supply SpeechMail, which allows users to access their e-mails from any telephone, anywhere, with simple spoken commands.

Ace Internet, Airtime Internet, Aviators Network and Flyer Internet, Cherryblue Ltd, Croxsons New Media, Cyberscape, INC Internet Services, Madasafish, Strongnet and Telinco have all signed agreements with Vocalis to supply wider e-mail access to their customers.

Combined, these new partnerships will allow a further 650,000 new subscribers to access their e-mail via phone, using Vocalis SpeechMail, by dialling a specified number and entering their account number and PIN.

This further demonstrates the benefits of our SpeechMail service and the need for Internet Service Providers to offer their customers value-added services. It also further establishes Vocalis as a key supplier of Internet Applications. Together we are making it easier for people and businesses to communicate, anytime and from anywhere."
