Board changesThe Board of Vocalis is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Watrasiewicz as Group Operations Director, effective immediately. Richard aged 37, was previously with TCA Consulting Ltd (part of the Terence Chapman Group plc) where he was a Director of the Retail Financial Services practice. Prior to TCA Consulting he worked for EDS (UK) Limited in the financial services arena. Richard brings with him 14 years experience of the market sectors where Vocalis is focussed. In addition, Minesh Patel, Group Technical Director, has indicated to the Board that he wishes to pursue other opportunities as of 31st March 2002. Minesh was one of the founder members of Vocalis and has been instrumental in the development of the Group. The Board would like to place on record their thanks and appreciation to Minesh for his many years of loyal service. There are no other matters to be disclosed pursuant to paragraphs 6.F.2 (b) to (g) and paragraphs 16.4 and 16.5 of The Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority. | ||||||
